2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.
• By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws regarding telecommunications services in their jurisdiction.

3. Services Provided

1SimGo provides the following services:

• Sale of eUICC SIM cards.
• Provisioning of eSIM profiles to be used in eUICC SIMs or compatible devices.
• Mobile data packages and activation support.

Note: Service availability may vary depending on your location and network provider restrictions.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Taxes, duties, or other fees applicable in your jurisdiction are your responsibility.

4.2 Payment Methods

• Payments must be made using the payment methods listed on the website.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, whose terms also apply.

4.3 Order Acceptance

• Orders are subject to verification and acceptance.
• 1SimGo reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or shipping restrictions.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete personal, billing, and device information.
• Ensure device compatibility with eUICC SIM cards and eSIM profiles.
• Consult your eSIM provider to confirm the purchased eSIM is allowed to be used in a eUICC device or eUICC SIM card.
• Users acknowledge that 1SimGo is not responsible for any eSIM being deactivated, canceled, blocked, or otherwise damaged as a result of being used in a 1SimGo eUICC SIM.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, software, and eSIM profiles are owned by International Carrier Exchange Limited.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

1SimGo is not liable for:

• Device incompatibility
• Network outages or interruptions
• Loss of data or service
• Damage, deactivation, or cancellation of eSIMs due to usage in a 1SimGo eUICC SIM
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The total liability of 1SimGo shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant product or service.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1SimGo, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of services
• Violation of these Terms
• Breach of applicable laws or regulations
• Deactivation, cancellation, or damage of an eSIM caused by use in a 1SimGo eUICC SIM

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
• Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

10. Modifications to Terms

• 1SimGo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
