Users must consult their eSIM provider to confirm the eSIM is allowed to be used in a eUICC SIM or device
1SimGo is not responsible for any eSIM being deactivated, blocked, canceled, or damaged due to provider restrictions
No refund will be provided in such cases

10. Limitation of Liability

1SimGo is not liable for device incompatibility, service interruptions, or indirect damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant product or service
Users accept all risks associated with using eSIMs and eUICC SIMs

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1SimGo from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Misuse of services
Violation of this Privacy Policy or other terms
eSIM or SIM issues caused by provider restrictions

Services are not intended for children under 18
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
