User Account Deletion Policy

International Carrier Exchange Limited ("1SIMGO," "we," "our," or "us") provides this User Account Deletion Policy to explain how users can request deletion of their personal data, how deletion requests are processed, and which data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes.

This Policy applies globally, across all users and jurisdictions.

1. Right to Request Deletion

Users have the right to request permanent deletion of their 1SIMGO account and personal data at any time. Deletion requests are processed in accordance with:

• GDPR (EU) — Right to Erasure / Article 17
• CCPA/CPRA (California, US) — Right to Delete
• PIPEDA (Canada) — Right to Withdrawal
• PDPO (Hong Kong) — Right to Request Access/Correction/Deletion

2. How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion via one of the following methods:

1. Through Your Account:

• Log in → Account Settings → Delete Account

2. Via Email:

• Send a verified request to privacy@1simgo.com including:
  • Registered name
  • Email address or phone number associated with your account
  • Statement clearly requesting account deletion

1SIMGO will verify your identity before processing deletion to prevent unauthorized requests.

3. Deletion Timeline

• Acknowledgment of your request: within 3 business days
• Full deletion of account and personal data: within 30 calendar days, unless extended for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons
• You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete

4. Permanent and Irreversible

• Deletion is permanent and irreversible
• After deletion:
  • All personal data and account information are removed or anonymized
  • Any remaining account balances or credits are forfeited
  • Access to 1SIMGO services is terminated

5. Exceptions and Retained Data

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Regulatory or telecom compliance (e.g., recordkeeping under HK, EU, US, or Canadian law)
• Fraud detection, prevention, and security monitoring
• Accounting, billing, and audit requirements

Retained data will be securely stored and not used for marketing purposes.

6. Temporary Account Deactivation

If you wish to stop using 1SIMGO services without permanent deletion:

• You may choose Account Deactivation
• This suspends your account while preserving your data
• Account can be reactivated at any time

7. Security of Deletion

1SIMGO implements industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical measures to ensure deletion is secure and irreversible, including:

• Data purging from active and backup systems
• Anonymization of logs where retention is legally required

8. Updates to this Policy

1SIMGO may revise this User Deletion Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be available at www.1simgo.com/user-deletion-policy, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of 1SIMGO services constitutes acceptance of updates.
